Application procedures

  • Students enrolled in Erasmus +, or in Exchange bilateral agreements between the University of Deusto and another University, must enroll in Spanish courses through the International Relations department.
  • Applicants to the Language and Culture, Business, or Engineering CIDE programs, and other International Relations students must enroll through this form.

Admission Letter

If a student needs a letter of admission from the University of Deusto in order to apply for a student visa, the student will have to pay 20% of the total cost of the course. (Non refundable)
 

Refund policy

  • 4 H./WEEK COURSES:
    If the student decides to drop the course before the fifth day of class, s/he will get a refund of the total paid for the course except for a non-refundable registration fee of 100 euros. In order to get this refund, s/he will need to let his/her teacher know before the fifth day of class. If the student decides to drop the course from the fifth day of class on, s/he will get no refund.
  • OTHER COURSES:
    If the student decides to drop the course before the second day of class, s/he will get a refund of the total paid for the course except for a non-refundable registration fee of 100 euros. In order to get this refund, s/he will need to let his/her teacher know before the second day of class. If the student decides to drop the course from the second day of class on, s/he will get no refund.
