COURSES IN SPANISH AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE
Our aim is to offer a quality education to develop communicative skills in Spanish.
Content and approach
The program incorporates communicative skills of Spanish. The implementation of grammatical tasks of observation and reflection together with activities designed to practice the language will help the student to perform oral written tasks that will be useful for communication.
These courses stimulate intercultural awareness, communication processes of learning and language acquisition.
In order to focus the teaching on the needs and interests of the student, the following resources are used:
- Placement test: aimed to place students on an appropriate level
- Evaluations
- Self-evaluations
Language levels: Elementary/Intermediate/ Advanced/High advanced
These levels are divided into modules according to the student level. The levels correspond to the levels of the European Framework of Reference for Languages.
Evaluation
Attendance, participation, homework, self-evaluation and a final exam will be taken into account when evaluating students.
Transcript and ECTS credits
It is mandatory for all students to take the final exam, and to attend to classes regularly if they wish to obtain an official certification for their language level and credits earned.
