Application and registration

 

Application procedures

 

-    Students enrolled in Erasmus programs, Exchange bilateral agreements between the University of Deusto and another University, Erasmus Mundus programs, Erasmus Mundus External Cooperation Windows (EMECW), Marie Curie scholarships, Cátedra UNESCO, Sylff scholarships (Padre Arrupe Foundation) and scholarships from the State Department must enroll in the courses in Spanish through International Relations. -    Applicants for the Language and Culture Program, and the Business, International Relations and Spanish Program (CIDE) must enroll and follow the steps that appear in this webpage.

 


-     Other applicants:

  • Those candidates interested in the 10 hours/week course (January through May) please click here.
  • Those candidates interested in the 4 hours/week course (February through May) please click here.
  • Those candidates interested in the Intensive course (January) please click here.

 

Admission Letter

If a student needs a letter of admission from the University of Deusto in order to apply for a student visa, the student will have to pay 20% of the total cost of the course. (Non refundable)
 

Refund policy

  • 4 H./WEEK COURSES:
    If the student decides to drop the course before the fifth day of class, s/he will get a refund of the total paid for the course except for a non-refundable registration fee of 100 euros. In order to get this refund, s/he will need to let his/her teacher know before the fifth day of class. If the student decides to drop the course from the fifth day of class on, s/he will get no refund.
  • OTHER COURSES:
    If the student decides to drop the course before the second day of class, s/he will get a refund of the total paid for the course except for a non-refundable registration fee of 100 euros. In order to get this refund, s/he will need to let his/her teacher know before the second day of class. If the student decides to drop the course from the second day of class on, s/he will get no refund.
