Courses and internships

The International Spanish Center (CIDE) offers specific courses in Business, International Relations and Spanish. Besides, students can also take other courses with Spanish and international students in the Engineering School.

Engineering School courses

Courses with local or other international students at the Engineering School offered in English (sample courses, 60 hours/4 US credits per course):

Internship in a Spanish company (4 US Credits)

Aimed at students with an advanced level of Spanish. Placements available for students in the fields of Technology, Computer Science, and Engineering.

Courses in Spanish Language, Culture, and International Business

Organized by the Spanish International Center (CIDE) during the Fall and Spring semesters.

Courses taught in English:

Courses taught in Spanish:

* This course is open to all students, regardless of their level of Spanish.
** The student must be registered for Spanish II or have an equivalent level of Spanish.
*** The student must be registered for Spanish III or have an equivalent level of Spanish.

Spanish Language Courses:

Spanish language courses (4 US Credits / 6 ECTS; 10 US Credits / 16 ECTS) for all levels (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced and High Advanced).

Access to courses with Spanish students

CIDE students can access regular University of Deusto courses with Spanish students (taught in English or Spanish / 3-4 US Credits / 5-6 ECTS) in the areas of Business and International Relations (contingent upon each semester's specific offer).
